Laney Culp
Head of School

Laney began her career in education in 2016. She is an Arizona native and joined BASIS Charter Schools at our Mesa campus in 2021. She has taught grades 1, 3, and 4 and acted as a primary school Dean and volleyball coach.

Amy Arroyo
Amy Arroyo
Head of Operations

Ms. Arroyo began her career in education in 2006. Originally from Texas, she has taught kindergarten and first grade, and held the roles of Instructional Coach, EL Coordinator and Dean of Students. She has been working at BASIS Scottsdale Primary East since 2018.

Pascale Godart
Pascale Godart
Director of Student Affairs

Mrs. Godart came to BASIS Charter Schools in 2015 after teaching grades K–3 for twelve years. Originally from France, she moved to the U.S. to work as an electrical engineer before becoming an educator. Since joining BASIS Charter Schools, she has held the positions of Dean and a Director of Student Affairs.

Jennifer Castle
Jennifer Castle
Director of Academic Programs

Ms. Castle started her career at BASIS Scottsdale Primary East in 2017 as a Kindergarten Teaching Fellow and then as an early education teacher. She has also served as the Dean before taking on the role of Director of Academic Programs. Ms. Castle is a USAF Veteran and served in the military police.
